Flamber

Point of sale for Australian hospitality

Orders go straight to the kitchen screen.

Take the order on an iPad, a Windows touch screen or a phone. Each station sees its own tickets on a screen, and the customer scans a QR code for their receipt. The kitchen sees it on a screen, and the customer scans for their receipt.

Say it FLAM-ber. It rhymes with amber.

How it works

  1. Take the order

Tap the tiles on the POS. Sizes, extras and notes are one tap away, and a barcode scan adds a can from the fridge.

  2. The kitchen makes it

Each station gets its own ticket on a screen. Tickets turn amber, then red, as they wait, and allergies show in yellow.

  3. Pay and scan

Take cash, or card on your own terminal. The customer scans the QR for their receipt, and for a takeaway it says when the order is ready.

Built for a busy counter

  • No paper in the kitchen

Tickets go to kitchen screens, one per station, with a chime and a flash for each new one.

  • Runs on what you have

iPad, Windows touch screen, Mac or phone. It opens in the browser and sits on the home screen like an app.

  • Your card terminal

Key the amount into any terminal, or connect a Zeller Terminal. We never take a cut of your card payments.

  • Receipts without rolls

A QR code for every payment, or an emailed receipt, with the GST shown.

  • Counter or tables

Run counter service by order number, or turn on tables, seats and courses.

  • A PIN for everyone

Each person keys their own PIN on the POS. Discounts over 20% and voids after the kitchen has bumped need a manager's PIN, and you choose who can refund.

  • TRAINING mode

New staff practise with pretend orders that never count as sales.

  • Nothing gets lost
